With over a decade of experience in therapeutic massage, yoga, and energy work, I offer a nurturing and intuitive approach to wellness that supports the body's natural capacity for regulation, repair, and renewal. My work is informed by both anatomical precision and energetic sensitivity, blending evidence based techniques with holistic traditions to address the interconnected systems of fascia, musculature, breath, and subtle energy.

I hold certifications from the Colorado School of Healing Arts, Marianne Wells Yoga School, American Insttute of Vedic Studies, along with advanced studies in Ayurveda, Jyotisha, holistic philosophy and the chakra system. My background includes training in neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki - modalities that engage both the structural and parasympathetic pathways of healing.

Each session is a co-creative experience, designed to meet you where you are and support your unique healing path. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic tension, nervous system regulation, emotional grounding, or a deeper connection to your inner rhythms, my intention is to create a safe space where transformation feels safe, supported, and deeply restorative.
